A Courier runs the field side of one sponsored Project Care Package: your town, your locations, your handful of Agents. You know the waiting rooms, the care homes, the free libraries, and the people near you better than any headquarters ever could. The Courier receives the project’s carton, hand-delivers kits to their Agents, keeps the locations stocked — and finds the next Agents, because Couriers always do. All of it on your own schedule, and none of it ever costs you anything. Couriers are appointed, never enlisted: when a sponsor funds a project, its Courier is drawn from the people that project cannot do without — its most active Agents, and the local partners who open its doors. And if there’s a place already in your heart — an assisted living facility where your parent lives, a waiting room you know too well — tell HQ. Appointments begin with exactly that kind of noticing.

One Project Care Package puts 250 sponsored physical books into a community through trusted partners, and Glimpse matches the sponsorship with 250 digital book gifts delivered to individuals — 500 gifts, at no cost to any recipient. The sponsorship is $5,000, once, and it funds the complete project: the books, the matching gifts, fulfillment, logistics, tracking, partner support, and documented results. Several sponsors may fund one together. A larger sponsor may fund several. The scale can change. The package does not.
