You don’t carry anything. Agents do that. What you’re doing is making sure they have something to carry, and that the shelf doesn’t run empty in the middle of a month.

The books go where they’ve always gone — hospice waiting rooms, hospital chapels, rural libraries that don’t see many new titles, funeral homes when they’ll have us. And increasingly, wherever an agent decides someone needs one.
